Frequently Asked Questions

My company bids on work to all sorts of agencies, not just government. Is Contract Cloud right for me?

Many of our customers bid to the federal government in addition to state, local, municipal, school districts, higher education, and health care organizations. Our design makes it easy to manage everything in one place, without needing heavy customization. We recommend scheduling a demo to see some examples of projects and proposals for a variety of agencies.

I love Contract Cloud and tell everyone about it. Do you have a referral program?

Of course! And we even let you choose how you want to be rewarded.

One option is a discount to your subscription. The more customers that sign up, the higher the percent we take off (up to 100%!). If you own or run a small business, this option is for you. Another option is a gift card for each referral that signs up. If you are a user (and not the one paying the bill) this option is for you.

On top of that, Contract Cloud becomes even more valuable to your organization when your teaming partners, subcontractors, and consultants are using it too.

Do you offer a free trial?

Absolutely. But first we want to learn a few things about your organization so we can set up a trial account that matches your business type and use case. We don’t automate this part; we believe that the best solutions and relationships grow from actual human interaction. Because Contract Cloud can be configured quickly for a variety of industries, we will start your trial once we learn enough to configure it correctly.

We recommend booking a demo to get started. This puts a meeting on the calendar immediately, and gets your info to our team so we can reach out.

How many licenses do we need?

This depends on how many people are in your organization. You will get the most value through team collaboration, so we recommend purchasing a license for each person that will participate in the capture, business development, and proposal process.

Typical roles include proposal managers and writers, senior executives, business developers, capture managers, estimators, subject matter experts, project managers, marketing managers and coordinators, graphic designers, and consultants.

What does "No Commitment" mean?

This means that you don’t have to sign up for a yearly subscription contract or lock into a massive software purchase.

It also means we won’t surprise you with an outrageous implementation plan and ask for tens of thousands of dollars and 6-12 months of development time before you can even use it.

We will provide a team onboarding session at no cost, to ensure that you users are familiar with the system, and offer data migration or transfer if desired.

“No Commitment” means you are purchasing a monthly subscription that will automatically renew until you cancel it, which you are free to do at any time.

Is there a discount?

We are glad you asked! Yes, there is a discount if you prefer to be invoiced for the entire year instead of paying monthly on a credit card. The cost per month goes down to $249 from $279.

Do you have enterprise pricing?

Yes. We will work with your team to create the most appropriate solution.

"The world has an ample supply of people who can always come up with a dozen good reasons why a new idea will not work and should not be tried, but the people who produce progress are a breed apart. They have the imagination, the courage, and the persistence to find solutions."
